About me

 

I grew up in Austria in a small village in the mountains, with a huge desire to see the world.

 

I started my working life in the hospitality industry and travelled and worked in some amazing parts of the world. It was in the early '90s, when I had a back operation in Alice Springs, that I woke up to the need to look after myself and my body in a better way.

 

We arrived back in New Zealand in 2003, and by 2010 I decided to go one step further and change my profession. I passed Certificates in Relaxation Massage and in Natural Therapies at the Naturopathic College in New Plymouth.

 

My second career in Body Therapy had begun.

 

In 2014 I completed my Diploma in Therapeutic Massage at EIT in Napier.

 

My belief is that one never stops learning, and in 2015 I came across Ross Emmett and his muscle release technique. I have now completed module 6 which enables me to treat the majority of problems  one might experience.

In 2016, I came across Light Therapy while in Austria and was completely taken aback by its efficiency and success rate. I now offer it as another aspect of my treatment.
